Order Verification

Please review your order details carefully! Every Sterling product is custom-made to the specific order for that specific vehicle; No Universal Applications! We want you to love the final product! Taking a moment to confirm these details helps prevent avoidable costs and ensures a smooth process for everyone.

The Customer shall have the sole responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of all product and vehicle details, quantities, and specifications listed in the Quote and/or Sales Order (“Order Documents”). By replying “Good to Go” in writing, or by providing a Purchase Order directly stating a Quote Number provided by Sterling Equipment, the Customer warrants that all information contained therein is correct and complete. Sterling Equipment shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Order Documents once approved by the Customer. All modifications, re-works, or replacements will be treated as a Change Order. If we’re unable to find a solution that works for both of us, we will proceed with a Cancellation per our standard policy.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all vehicle details, quantities, and specifications listed in the Order Documents.

  • Final Approval: Replying “Good to Go” in writing or providing a Purchase Order referencing our Quote Number confirms that the information is correct and complete.

  • Liability: Sterling Equipment is not liable for errors or inaccuracies in the Order Documents once they have been approved.

  • Change Orders: Any modifications requested after approval will be treated as a Change Order and may be subject to additional fees or timeline adjustments.

  • Cancellation: If we are unable to reach a mutual agreement regarding a Change Order, the order will be cancelled according to our standard Cancellation policy.

Change Orders

Any modifications requested after the Order Documents are confirmed will be treated as a Change Order. Each Change Order requires a new Quote and written Customer Approval subject to our standard Order Verification terms. Upon approval, a Change Order automatically voids and nullifies the original Order Documents, and any communication details related to the original order, and will be replaced with a new Sales Order and treated as a separate new order.

 Cancellation

Each product is made custom to order. Due to this, once the order has begun fabrication, cancellation will result in a fee of 50% of the quoted total. If a cancellation is requested before fabrication has begun, you will receive a full refund. If the order is completed and cancellation is requested, the request will be denied and the full amount will be due.

  • Cancellation before fabrication: full refund of any deposits made

  • Cancellation after fabrication has begun and before it is completed: 50% fee

  • Cancellation once order is completed: request denial; full amount due

 All Sales Are Final
