Cancellation

1. Each product is made custom to order. Due to this, once the order has begun fabrication, cancellation will result in a 50% fee. If a cancellation is requested before fabrication has begun, you will receive a full refund. If the order is completed and cancellation is requested, the request will be denied and the full amount will be due.

   1. Cancellation before fabrication: full refund

   2. Cancellation after fabrication has begun and before it is completed: 50% fee

   3. Cancellation once order is completed: request denial; full amount due

Liabilities and Disclaimers

1. Installation of Sterling products may change the vehicle manufacturer’s original characteristics. Buyer assumes all risk and liability.

2. Sterling is not to be held liable of any damage or injury due to intended or unintended product use, including but not limited to: exceeding vehicle weight limits, improperly securing loads; items damaged in transit, injury or damage caused by items once they leave Sterling Equipment’s property; incorrectly installed merchandise by another individual or organization; fitment, performance, or injury caused by any existing modifications made to a vehicle that are not disclosed prior to sale.

All sales are final.

Returns

1. Merchandise may be returned only for reason of manufacturing defect, or shipping error and is limited to replacement.

2. All other returns are subject to Sterling Equipment’s discretion and approval.
