Materials
We only use heavy duty steel to provide each cab guard with maximum strength and durability.
Sterling cab guards are constructed with 2” OD 11-gauge round tubing and 1.25” OD 13-gauge round tubing. All bending is accomplished via mandrel bending to maintain the tube's structural integrity and result in a smooth consistent bend.
The mesh screen is made with expanded steel mesh #9. We offer two size options: 3/4” or 1.5”. The rear light cutout, which is required for the 3/4” #9 mesh, is accomplished using 3/8” solid steel rod.

Ordering Process

Contact us and get a quote! We will ask for the following:
Year, Make, Model of your vehicle
Product you would like
Cab style and bed length, if necessary

Once you decide to place the order, we will send you a sales order confirmation via email. We will request that you reply with a “Good to go!” if everything is correct.

Once the “Good to go!” is received, we will send you a payment link for a 50% deposit. Once the payment is received, we add your order to the schedule to be made.

Over the next few weeks, your product will be individually handcrafted and powder coated.

Once your product is complete, you will receive an email from us that includes your invoice and another payment link.

Once payment is received, your custom made product will be shipped to you (or picked up, or installed). Enjoy!
