Powder Coat Preparation
Before your product is powder coated, each truck rack, grille guard, and cab guard is individually and diligently reviewed and cleaned by our prep team. Every weld and piece of steel is checked for imperfections and is remedied and corrected. Our prep team understands that once the product is powder coated, it will be part of your vehicle for years to come, and they want it to look the best it can possibly be. Once every square inch of the product has been reviewed by our prep team, it is sent to our powder coat department.

Our Powder Coat
We powder coat all of our products in-house with our large 14-ft by 7-ft by 7-ft oven. Our powder coat is extremely durable and can handle all kinds of weather, making it perfect for our truck racks, grille guards, and cab guards. It has superior color retention and is resistant to fading, even in the Florida sun for at least 5 years.
